Eyes

Peering through a dark hole,

Of an old black, oak tree

Are a set of glowing eyes

Their piercing gaze cascades

A shadow on your soul.

Eyes of wisdom and age

The don’t blink they stare

with a sand and tired look

as if the weight of the world

was on him

wise and ancient, the creature takes comfort,

From the dark and whispering shadows .

The peaceful quiet that makes all seem

right. This creature has a ghostly tune

That calls you ever closer

No longer can you stare into this,

Haunting gaze. For the gaze is

Speaking to you in hushed,

whispers Who are you deep inside?

Where will you go when the dark

Comes to you

As the eyes gaze chills to the bone.

You can no longer resist

Come into the dark and the light

Of the harvest moon

Join me and share in the knowledge of

Time.
